Great experience! The hotel is clean which I really appreciate! They also take care in cleaning the beach every night, maintaining everything clean and comfortable! The staff there was really nice (especially Josue in the VIP section) and always accommodating in what you need. The shows are nice though I wish they had more options of activities to do for young adults. Although if your willing to venture outside of the hotel, there is a lot to explore, and everything within walking distance. Overall a great time and would love to come back!
The staff is very friendly, attentive helpful and polite. Jhovany took us to a bicycle ride and we have lots of fun and He explained everything really well. There’s a lot of fun activities to do. The food is delicious and the best cappuccino I had.
